you know what’s funny about all the people believing this mess? they don’t even stop to think about idol culture. listen up.

idols train for years, in some cases the majority of their lives, in preparation for their debut. they are taught how to walk, talk, sing, dance, act, and interact on a daily basis. there is nothing remotely normal about their lives. do you really think they would throw away their success by doing something as blatantly ridiculous as throwing fan letters in the streets where anyone could see them? do you take them for fools? they have on several accounts shown their infallible gratitude towards their fans and their success. a group that doesn’t care wouldn’t produce their own songs and write their own lyrics. a group that doesn’t care wouldn’t cry upon their first, second, and third wins. a group that doesn’t care wouldn’t work themselves tirelessly to promote and tour. a group that doesn’t care wouldn’t do any of the things that the seventeen members do for us on a daily basis. what do they get in return? the unjust hate that we’re seeing.

you would have to be both exceptionally gullible and willing to believe the worst in order to give in to the bullshit that’s circulating. congratulations, new ex-carats, you’ve really played yourselves.
